La Leche League is comprised of local Groups that are run by one or more Leaders. These Groups report to their Areas for support and guidance. La Leche League of Colorado and Wyoming then reports to La Leche League USA while La Leche League Mountain Plains reports to La Leche League Alliance.

Parents will receive the same quality breastfeeding support regardless of their local Group’s Area affiliation. We provide the same services and primarily serve the same geographical areas. Pick the meeting and/or Leader that works best for you!
